Vegetable Beef Soup EASY

1 lb. Lean ground beef
8 cups water
2 Tbsp beef bouillon
1 lg onion, chopped
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
¼ tsp salt, or to taste
¼ tsp pepper, or to taste
¾ cup orzo
3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
In a large pot, brown ground beef. Transfer beef to a colander, rinse with hot water, then return beef to pot. Add remaining ingredients except orzo and cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add orzo and cook for 15 more minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Serve each serving with with1 tsp. Parmesan cheese.
