Try this instead of the 200-600 calorie coffeehouse drinks

8 oz  low fat vanilla soy milk

1 tsp instant coffee (reg or decaf)

cinnamon

stevia, to taste (only if you like your coffee sweeter, although the soy milk will be somewhat sweet already)

 

Fill your favorite coffee mug with vanilla soy milk & heat in the microwave until hot. Do not boil. Add instant coffee. Add stevia to taste (if you like sweeter coffee). Stir it up & sprinkle with some cinnamon.

 

1 serving, each serving has 100 calories, 3g fat, 13g carbohydrate, 6g protein, 3g fiber
