Ultimate Mashed Potatoes

4 cups water
4 tsp chicken bouillon granules
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into ½” pieces
½ cup fat free half & half
½ cup fat free sour cream
¼ cup chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp butter
3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
¼ tsp black pepper
Heat the water, bouillon, and potatoes in a large saucepan to boiling. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Reserve ½ cup of broth, then drain.
Mash the potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Add the additional broth, if needed, until desired consistency.
