Tossed Shrimp Salad

16 oz small cooked shrimp, peeled
12 oz package salad or chopped lettuce
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup fat-free zesty Italian salad dressing
1/3 cup slivered almonds
Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat. Add almonds and cook, stirring constantly, until almonds begin to turn brown. Place toasted almonds in a large bowl. Add salad greens, green onions, shrimp, and salad dressing to the bowl and toss to coat. Season with pepper to taste.
4 servings, each serving has 189 calories, 6g fat, 8g carbohydrate, 26g protein, 2g fiber
