Tortellini Soup

Great with warm, crunchy bread!
5 cups water
5 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 lb. Shredded carrots
1 yellow summer squash, chopped
4 cups torn spinach
1 pkg. (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
In a large saucepan, combine water, bouillon, carrots, and squash. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in spinach and tortellini. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tortellini is finished.
6 servings, each serving has 161 calories, 3g fat, 28g carbohydrate, 7g protein, 3g fiber
