Southwest Salad II

Dressing
1 cup low fat ranch dressing
1/3 cup salsa
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp cumin
Salad
1 bag of salad or ½ of a large head of lettuce, washed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 (15 oz) can whole corn, drained
1 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup crumbled baked tortilla chips
Mix all dressing ingredients together in a cup or small bowl.
Mix all sald ingredients, except tortilla chips together in a large serving bowl. Toss with dressing or serve on the side. Top with tortilla chips. Serve immediately.
4 servings, each serving has 308 calories, 13 g fat, 37 g carbohydrate, 11 g protein, 6 g fiber
