Southwest Salad

8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cans (15oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 ½ cups salsa
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup reduced fat ranch dressing
1 cup baked tortilla chips, broken
Put lettuce in a large serving bowl. Top with beans, corn, salsa, and cheese. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with chips.
4 servings, each serving has 375 calories, 9g fat, 53g carbohydrate, 22 g protein, 11g fiber
