Roasted Garbanzo Beans
This is an easy little snack with plenty of protein and fiber.
1 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp chili powder ½ tsp garlic powder ⅛ tsp pepper ¼ tsp salt Preheat oven to 400°. Place beans in a large bowl with spices and olive oil. Stir well to coat. Spread out on baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes or until beans become firm. 4 servings, each serving has 233 calories, 4g fat, 38g carbohydrate, 12g protein, 8g fiber
