20 oz cheese ravioli
1/4 cup olive oil
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cook ravioli according to package directions. Gently drain.
Meanwhile, sauté garlic and red pepper in oil until garlic turns light brown. Remove from heat and stir in remaining spices. Pour seasoned oil over drained ravioli. Toss gently.
5 servings, each serving has 433 calories, 21g fat, 46g carbohydrate, 14g protein, 3g fiber
