Plum Kuchen

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup plus 1 tsp sugar, divided
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg white
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 Tbsp fat free cottage cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 lb. plums (about 4 plums) unpeeled, sliced
2 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 9-inch round pan with cooking spray.
Beat butter, 1/3 cup of the sugar and brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed 2 minutes. Beat in eggs just until blended. Beat in sour cream, cottage cheese and vanilla. Beat in flour and baking powder on low speed 1 minute or until just moistened. Spread batter in pan.
Arrange plums over batter; sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon sugar. Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until cake is puffed and golden brown. Cool on wire rack 20 minutes.
Warm honey or nectar in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir in cinnamon and drizzle over the cake. Serve warm.
