Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie

2 (8 oz) packages fat-free cream cheese
1 (4-serving) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (4-serving) package sugar-free lemon gelatin
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup (8-ounce can) crushed pineapple, un-drained
2/3 cup Diet Mountain Dew OR other diet Lemon-Lime Soda
1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
3/4 cup fat-free whipped topping
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add dry pudding mix, dry gelatin, dry milk powder, un-drained pineapple, and soda. Mix well using a wire whisk. Spread mixture evenly into piecrust. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Spread Cool Whip evenly over set filling. Sprinkle pecans evenly over the top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
