Mocha Mousse

4 oz. Reduced fat cream cheese
¼ cup granulated sugar substitute
¼ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 Tbsp instant coffee granules
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz fat free whipped topping, thawed
In a large mixing bowl, beat everything but the whipped topping until fairly smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Divide into 4 serving dishes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for a frozen treat (if frozen, let sit on the counter for 10 minutes before serving).
4 servings, each serving has 180 calories, 6 g fat, 25 g carbohydrate, 3 g protein, 2 g fiber
