Mediterranean Chicken Dinner

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups water
2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp dried Rosemary
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
8 oz orzo
2 medium zucchini, sliced and quartered
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped coarsely
1 bell pepper, any color, sliced
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until brown. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Add garlic water, bouillon, seasonings, and orzo to pan. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for five minutes. Return chicken to pan and top with remaining vegetables. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are cooked and pasta is tender.
