AVERAGE RATING: 6 votes / 5 Stars
This is beautiful served in a trifle bowl (a glass bowl), but it tastes just as good layered into a regular bowl, if you don’t have one.
1 lb. strawberries, sliced
1 Tbsp sugar
8 oz fat free cream cheese
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1 ½ cups skim milk
1 small box fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
8 oz fat free whipped topping, thawed
1 frozen pound cake, thawed and cut into 1 inch cubes
2 Tbsp fat free chocolate syrup
Combine berries and sugar. Stir and set aside.
Beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Beat in pudding mix and blend well. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spoon half of this mixture into the bottom of the bowl. Top with cake, strawberries, and remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping and drizzle chocolate over the top.
