How a Meal Planning Service Works:

Here's How:  Our grocery lists and recipes make it easy!

  1. Choose between the regular issue (recipes serve 4-6 people) or the Mini Menu Edition (recipes make 2 servings)
  2. Become a subscriber to "The Sensible Cook" newsletter.
  3. Watch for an e-mail from thesensiblecook@thesensiblecook.com. Within 24 hours, you will be e-mailed 4 weekly meal plans, dinner recipes, side dish suggestions, accompanying grocery lists, and bonus recipes. Subsequent newsletters arrive approximately every 30 days after that.
  4. Choose which menu (you have four to choose from) you'd like for the week. Use all of the meals or choose the meals you want. Your grocery list is easily adapted.  
  5. Print your list and go to the grocery store (once a week), knowing that you will have everything you need for easy and delicious meals. Plus the list is organized by aisle, so you get in and out of the store quickly!
  6. Prepare a great tasting, healthy meal! Enjoy!
