Submitted by The Sensible Cook 3 eggs 4 egg whites ¾ cup skim milk ¼ teaspoon pepper 4 oz Havarti cheese, shredded 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese, cubed ¾ cup chopped frozen broccoli & cauliflower, thawed and patted dry 1 medium tomato, sliced Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except tomato, in a bowl. Pour into 9 inch pie place that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with tomato slices. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. 6 servings, each serving has 162 calories, 10g fat, 4g carbohydrate, 12g protein, 1g fiber
