These are easy to make little dessert pastries.

1 pre-made rollout pie crust

½ cup raisins

2 oz sliced almonds

1/3 cup reduced sugar orange marmalade

1/8 tsp allspice

Preheat oven to 425°. Make sure pie crust is at room temperature. Roll out pie crust. Spread with orange marmalade to within a ½ inch of the edges. Sprinkle evenly with remaining ingredients. Starting on one end, roll up jelly roll like fashion. Cut off about ½ inch from each end of the role and discard. Slice the remaining roll into 12 equal pieces. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray and place slices cut side down on baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden. Remove and let cool.
