Frozen Pineapple Pie

2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 cups flaked coconut
2 cups fat free vanilla ice-cream, softened
2 cups pineapple sherbet, softened
Preheat oven to 325°. Spread melted butter on the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Press coconut on the bottom of plate. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Stir together ice cream and sherbet. Spread over the top of cooled coconut crust. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
