2 cans reduced fat crescent rolls
16 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. Unroll one can of the crescent rolls and press into the bottom of a 9X13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray, making sure to seal the edges.
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, egg, and 1/3 cup sugar with a mixer until well blended. Spread over dough in the pan.
Spread out the remaining crescent dough onto a cutting board and press each piece with your hand to spread it out. Set each piece on top of the cream cheese mixture, covering as much as possible (some of the cream cheese probably won’t be covered). Sprinkle top with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
