Cranmallow Cheesecake

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp margarine, melted
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 8-oz. Pkg. Fat free Cream cheese, softened
1 8-oz. Pkg. Reduced fat Cream cheese, softened
1 7-oz. Jar marshmallow cream
1 16-oz. Can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup fat free whipped topping
Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9 inch spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool. In small saucepan, mix gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and marshmallow cream at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin mixture and cranberry sauce, mixing until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Pour over crust. Chill until firm.
