This treat is healthier than some protein bars!
½ cup fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
2 Tbsp honey
1 egg white
¼ cup fat free vanilla yogurt
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup cocoa powder
4 Tbsp fat-free whipped topping (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray four 3” ramekins lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and honey in small bowl with electric mixer on medium until smooth. Add egg white, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Beat again until smooth. Mix in cocoa powder. Spoon mixture into ramekins. Bake 15 minutes or until centers are set. Let cool on the counter for 15 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Top with whipped topping, if desired.
4 servings, each serving has 81calories, 1g fat, 14g carbohydrate, 7g protein, 2g fiber
