Chocolate Banana Parfaits
Submitted By The Sensible Cook 1 pkg. (4-serving size) chocolate fat free, sugar free instant pudding 2 bananas, sliced ¾ cups thawed fat free whipped topping, divided Pour milk into a medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat for 2 minutes or until well blended. Spoon half of the pudding evenly into 4 dessert glasses. Cover with layers of banana slices and ½ cup whipped topping. Top with remaining pudding and remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. 4 servings, each serving has 170 calories, 1g fat, 29g carbohydrate, 5g protein, 2g fiber
