Cheddar Zucchini Biscuits

½ tsp salt, divided
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ tsp onion powder
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup skim milk
3 Tbsp olive oil
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Combine zucchini and ¼ tsp of salt in small bowl; let stand 20 minutes. Place zucchini in strainer; press on zucchini to drain any additional liquid. Place zucchini in a bowl and combine with cheese and onion powder.
Stir in flour, baking powder, oil, and remaining ¼ tsp salt in medium bowl. Add to zucchini mixture. Stir in milk just until soft dough forms.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake 10-13 minutes or until light brown. Serve warm.
