Caramel Apple Pudding

4 apples, cut into cubes, skin on
1 pkg fat free, sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
1 (14oz) can of pineapple tidbits, un-drained
1 (8oz) container of fat free whipped topping
Cut apples and place in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle pudding mix over apples. Add pineapple and stir. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
