Butterscotch Fruit Salad

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup canned crushed pineapple, un-drained
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
3/4 cup fat free whipped cream
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
3 Tbsp chopped pecans
In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, un-drained pineapple, and water. Mix well using a whisk. Stir in yogurt. Fold in whipped cream, bananas, marshmallows, and pecans. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
