1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets or spears
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¾ cup shaved Asiago cheese
Heat up about ½ inch of water in a large skillet. Add broccoli and cover. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until broccoli is tender, adding more water if needed. Drain, set aside, and keep warm.
In the same skillet sauté the garlic, salt, and pepper in the oil for 1 minute. Stir in the broccoli and toss to coat. Place in a serving bowl and top with cheese.
4 servings, each serving has 186 calories, 13g fat, 11g carbohydrate, 10g protein, 4g fiber
