1 whole wheat pita

4 egg whites

½ cup spinach leaves

3 Tbsp salsa

¼ avocado, sliced

 

Scramble egg whites. Warm pita for 10-20 seconds in the microwave to soften. Put all ingredients inside the pita.

 

1 serving, each serving has 268 calories, 9g fat, 32g carbohydrate, 16g protein, 8g fiber
