Banana Cream Biscuits

AVERAGE RATING: 5 votes / 5 Stars This works for dessert or for breakfast 1 package (8) large refrigerated reduced fat biscuits milk 1-2 tsp sugar 6 oz fat free vanilla or banana yogurt ¼ cup flaked coconut 1 cup fat free whipped topping 2 bananas, sliced Put biscuits on a baking sheet. Brush with milk and sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake according to package directions. Meanwhile, mix yogurt and coconut together in a small bowl. Gently fold in whipped topping. To serve, slice warm biscuits in half. Top bottom halves with banana slices and yogurt mixture. Replace tops. Serve warm. 8 biscuits, each one has 240 calories, 8g fat, 39g carbohydrate, 5g protein, 3g fiber
