Baked Cranberries

12 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir. Pour into a 1½ quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until berries are soft. Serve warm or cold.
12 servings, each serving has 189 calories, 8g fat, 31g carbohydrate, 1g protein, 1g fiber
