Apple Cheese Tortilla Quick!
These are yummy for breakfast, dessert, or a snack.
Submitted by The Sensible Cook 1 (10 inch) whole wheat tortilla 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (preferable chunky) 3 Tbsp sharp low fat cheddar cheese, grated Cinnamon Preheat oven to broil. Place tortilla on a cookie sheet. Spread layer of applesauce within ½ inch of edges. Sprinkle with cheese, then cinnamon. Place open-faced under broiler until lightly browned. Watch it close. It cooks fast. 1 serving, each serving has 184 calories, 4g fat, 28g carbohydrate, 8g protein, 3g fiber
