8 slices raisin bread, cubed
2 apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup chopped pecans
4 pkg. stevia powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
6 egg whites
2 cups fat-free half & half
¼ cup apple juice
1 Tbsp Butter Buds
Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray. Place bread, apples and pecans inside.
In a bowl, combine all remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until a knife inserted near the center comes outs clean.
6 servings, each serving has 320 calories, 16g fat, 36g carbohydrate, 10g protein, 3g fiber
