Submitted By The Sensible Cook 12 whole low fat graham crackers 8 oz fat free cream cheese (softened) Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers (enough to cover the bottom of the pan in a single layer. Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and lemon juice and beat until smooth. Beat in the pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over graham crackers. Repeat with another single layer of graham crackers. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Spread pie filling over the top. Refrigerate 4-24 hours before serving.

1 (4 serving size) box instant fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
8 oz fat free whipped topping
1 (20 oz) can lite cherry pie filling
